We recruit for B2B inside sales roles into world-leading UK based businesses based in the south-east and east of England. Inside sales staff are tasked with ensuring there is a constant flow of new and existing business by securing new business opportunities that the sales managers and sales executives can grow and maintain.

To be successful in an inside sales role, candidates need to be motivated and able to work independently, with strong communicative skills. B2B inside sales people can find advancement very quickly in this highly competitive market if they build a good sales record. We have a range of inside sales jobs available, particularly within Cambridge's thriving software and medical sales sectors.

Inside sales managers can expect to earn a basic salary of between £30,000 and £46,000, depending on the industry and head office location. A generous commission or bonus package of on average up to £15,500 for inside sales managers can be earned if sales performance targets are consistently met.
