The role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for.. 
  • Managing a global client base and developing strong ongoing professional relationships
  • Developing sound product knowledge to accurately advise and train customers on the platform
  • Identifying challenge areas and barriers for clients and assisting calmly with actions to overcome these
  • Providing and face-to-face (in normal times) product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Coordinating with the wider sales team to spot opportunities and potential growth areas in accounts
  • Acting as the main point of contact and answering any incoming enquires timely and effectively
About you:
  • Sales / account management background in software (or tech)
  • Experience selling to professional services (ideally finance / accountancy / similar)
  • Strongly numerate, technical and analytical when it goes to numbers and data
The package:
  • to £45,000 basic salary
  • 20% bonus (paid quarterly)
