As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Managing a global client base and developing strong ongoing professional relationships
- Developing sound product knowledge to accurately advise and train customers on the platform
- Identifying challenge areas and barriers for clients and assisting calmly with actions to overcome these
- Providing and face-to-face (in normal times) product demonstrations and training to customers
- Coordinating with the wider sales team to spot opportunities and potential growth areas in accounts
- Acting as the main point of contact and answering any incoming enquires timely and effectively
- Sales / account management background in software (or tech)
- Experience selling to professional services (ideally finance / accountancy / similar)
- Strongly numerate, technical and analytical when it goes to numbers and data
- to £45,000 basic salary
- 20% bonus (paid quarterly)
