The role:
  • The Account Manager will communicate with clients and answer all incoming enquiries
  • Working towards targets and KPIs to expand existing accounts through cross/upselling
  • Renewing contracts and offering ongoing client management to ensure their expectations are always exceeded
  • Onboarding clients onto the platform and helping them to get the most of out of the solution
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and communicating across all internal functions to ensure feature requests are noted
About you:
  • Strong academic background - degree level/equivalent
  • Account management/customer facing experience in a commercial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fast paced and attentive with good attention to detail
The package:
  • Basic salary to £23,000
  • Realistic OTE of £29,000
