The role:

  • You'll be accountable for the relationship management and business development of accounts within the Retail, Leisure and Hospitality sectors
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Operations and Technical teams to deliver upon expectations of customers
  • Communicating at the C-suite level and establishing long lasting clientele relationships
  • Understanding customer needs and translating them into bespoke, viable solutions
  • Closely monitoring market performance, mapping out and reporting on competitor activity to maintain strong competitive advantage

About you:

  • A minimum of three years experience in a sales or account management role within the construction industry
  • Performed against and exceeded KPI's
  • Extensive experience building lasting relationships within the Retail, Leisure or Hospitality industries
  • Experience in a field-based sales role, attending regular visits throughout the UK
