A rapidly growing start-up who provide innovative SaaS solutions and mobile applications to leading professional services and financial services organisations across EMEA. This is a really exciting time to join as they have already doubled in size over the two years and are continuing to grow across the EMEA markets. This is also a brand new role within a brand new function.
The Customer Success Manager will join a brand new team and be responsible for managing the relationship with a number of named accounts where you will support them with implementation and optimisation of the SaaS offerings from our client.
This role will suit someone who has experience working for SaaS / IT Services businesses who has faced-off to the professional services or financial services industry.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Recent experience of managing the relationships with named accounts or enterprise level businesses within professional services or financial services.
- Recent experience within a SaaS, mobile applications, or IT Services business.
- Highly articulate, professional and polished individual.
- Recent experience liaising with intern product development / implementation teams to solve client's problems or meet complex technical needs.
This will suit someone who is based in Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, or Buckinghamshire ideally but does offer remote working (post-COVID).
