The Role:
As New Business and Marketing Director you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities within specific sectors, for example finance and ensuring that the New business team follow through
- Creating the companies annual new business and marketing strategy
- As a true relationship builder, you will regularly meet with prospective clients
- Overseeing the delivery of key marketing campaigns for the business
- Ensure that you’re maximising the potential with every new lead you come across
- Managing the annual budget for marketing
About You:
- With a previous agency experience you will have had exposure of working with clients in the Finance, FMCG and NFP fields
- Experience in the digital space is preferred
- Outstanding relationship building skills with previous experience of winning key clients
- Previous team management experience is required
The Package:
- Basic salary between £75,000- £80,000
- Bonus structure in place
- Flexible working
