The role:

  • Developing new business leads to create new opportunities, contributing to the ongoing development of the sales and marketing strategies
  • Responsible for networking at industry events and tradeshows to develop existing and new contacts
  • Reporting directly in to the CEO, working as a Business Development Consultant, will be given full autonomy in this role and be able to shape this in to a role that suits you and your future plans.
  • Keeping up to date with current issues affecting the defence market

About you:

  • A confident and self-motivated individual who can develop business relationships at every level
  • Desired previous business development experience within a defence systems environment
  • Excellent customer management skills with a flexible approach to work
  • Recent experience managing the end-to-end sales process within an IT/Engineering consultancy

The package:

  • Basic salary £60,000
  • OTE £90,000 - £100,000
