As Business Development Director you will be responsible for..
- Creating and implementing the wider sales strategy and working closely with the directors
- Identifying prospects and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities
- Preparing pitches and supporting the wider team through the process and managing sign offs
- Analysing post-pitch reviews and suggesting areas for improvement and maintenance
- Maintaining the sales forecast and sales streams to work towards individual and team targets
- Developing a strong understanding of each client's objectives and tailoring the approach
- Strong sales background in a digital agency environment
- Experience leading a wider team to exceed sales targets

- Salary to £80,000 plus commission
