- Becoming an expert on the products and services available, delivering insightful and influential information to potential clients
- Proactively generating leads through written and verbal communication, securing appointments for the BDMs
- Working closely with internal teams to support the structure and life cycle of the business
- Maintaining and utilising the CSM system, creating reports on the sales activity to help improve customer management
About you:
- Educated to a degree level or higher
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction, with the ability to always handle yourself in a professional manner
- Previous B2B sales experience is desired
