The role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for..

  • Accurately inputting data into the CRM system and updating it accordingly

  • Offering demonstrations across a range of products both virtually and face-to-face

  • Understanding the needs of individual clients and identifying the most appropriate solution using a consultative approach

  • Becoming an integral part of the sales team to not only meet targets but to strive to exceed them

  • Proactively contacting prospects via phone, email and developing them into established accounts to generate ongoing business

  • Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to continually grow existing accounts

  • Some hands on closing experience is preferred, not essential.

About you:

  • Experience of selling software packages and SaaS solutions

  • Track record for hitting and exceeding targets and KPIs

  • CRM database management ideally with Salesforce

  • Confident and familiar with providing demonstrations both online and face-to-face

The package:

  • Basic salary circa £28,000

  • Uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)
