Business Development Executive

The role:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:

  • Manage and identify leads succinctly through the CRM system
  • Carry out market qualification through different communication platforms to develop relationships from identified leads
  • Carry out market research analysis to provide reports to the sales and marketing team members
  • Keeping up to date on the latest trends within the market through educational workshops and personal networks
  • Observing competitor activity
  • Analysing and reporting KPIs – measure the engagement of the team
  • Provide first class line management to team members

About you:

  • Educated to a degree level or higher
  • 1-2 sales experience within the energy / construction sector
  • A high energy and passion to meet with the growing success of the company and industry
  • Strong IT skills along with excellent presentational skills  

The package:

  • Basic salary | £30,000 OTE £45,000 (uncapped)
