The role:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
- Manage and identify leads succinctly through the CRM system
- Carry out market qualification through different communication platforms to develop relationships from identified leads
- Carry out market research analysis to provide reports to the sales and marketing team members
- Keeping up to date on the latest trends within the market through educational workshops and personal networks
- Observing competitor activity
- Analysing and reporting KPIs – measure the engagement of the team
- Provide first class line management to team members
About you:
- Educated to a degree level or higher
- 1-2 sales experience within the energy / construction sector
- A high energy and passion to meet with the growing success of the company and industry
- Strong IT skills along with excellent presentational skills
The package:
- Basic salary | £30,000 OTE £45,000 (uncapped)
