The role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities and qualifying inbound sales enquiries

  • Managing the full sales process from product introductions, demonstrations,  preparing quotes and tenders to managing negotiations and onboarding clients

  • Researching and engaging with key decision makers and attending UK and international shows and conferences

  • Cross/upsell opportunities within existing clients, handling renewals and bespoke software development projects

  • Developing strategic partnerships to attract new clients and markets and guiding clients through the sales process

About you:

  • Sales / Business Development background with a successful track record

  • Strong technical understanding with experience in the software/tech/digital space

  • Account management / sales experience dealing with high value enterprise clients

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong background in pitching / presenting

The package:

  • Basic salary up to £45,000 

  • Bonuses and uncapped commission

This Business Development Manager role is hybrid and suit candidates based in Sheffield and surrounding areas.
