The role:

As a Business Development Manager focused on channel partnerships, you will be responsible for..

  • Grow and developing existing third party business relationships and partnerships, nurturing strong relationships further to drive in additional revenues and grow partner relationships
  • Ensuring all opportunities for revenue and growth are identified and these relationships are consolidated
  • Researching, identifying and develop opportunities with third parties across global markets
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and any potential key areas for growth
  • Own leads coming through third party relationships and identify new channel opportunities

About you:

  • Strong consultative sales background and proven experience selling through channel/partnerships within construction, real estate, infrastructure or other aspects of the built environment
  • Grown sales with significant and well known global accounts
  • Gravitas and proven relationship building skills with c-suite level contacts
  • Proven experience developing new channel partnerships within the built environment

The package:

  • Basic salary circa £50,000 + exceptional bonus/commission scheme and car allowance
