The role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for... 
  • Converting leads, demoing platforms and acquiring net new paying customers
  • Driving new revenue streams for the business and adhering to company objectives
  • Building, developing and scaling a UK sales / BD team and leading from the front
  • Identifying prospects, visiting them face-to-face and advising most suitable solutions
  • Mapping customer journeys and maintaining the company 93% retention rate YOY
  • Working towards stretching but achieveable targets by acquiring net new clients
About you:
  • Demonstrable and credible (outbound) software sales background
  • Experience working towards / exceeding targets of £1M+ ARR
  • Track record for winning and growing enterprise accounts
The package:
  • £55,000 basic salary
  • OTE £80,000+ (uncapped)

This Business Development Manager role will be mainly remote based with ideally one day a week in the office and would suit candidates based in Milton Keynes, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Oxford, Northampton, Bedford, Hitchin, Cambridge, St Albans, Harpenden, Marlow, Enfield or surrounding areas.
