The role:
As a Client Engagement Manager you will be responsible for..
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities and qualifying inbound sales enquiries
  • Researching and engaging with key decision makers and attending UK and international shows and conferences
  • Managing the full sales process from product demonstrations, preparing quotes and tenders to managing negotiations and onboarding clients
  • Identifying cross/upsell opportunities within existing clients, handling renewals and bespoke software development projects
  • Reporting regularly on activities and forecasts and offering advise and input to business plans
  • Developing strategic partnerships to attract new clients and markets and guiding clients through through the sales process
About you:
  • Sales / Business Development background with a successful track record
  • Strong technical understanding with experience in the software/tech/digital space
  • Account management / sales experience dealing with high value enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong background in pitching / presenting
The package:
  • Basic salary up to £40,000
