As a Client Engagement Manager you will be responsible for..
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities and qualifying inbound sales enquiries
- Researching and engaging with key decision makers and attending UK and international shows and conferences
- Managing the full sales process from product demonstrations, preparing quotes and tenders to managing negotiations and onboarding clients
- Identifying cross/upsell opportunities within existing clients, handling renewals and bespoke software development projects
- Reporting regularly on activities and forecasts and offering advise and input to business plans
- Developing strategic partnerships to attract new clients and markets and guiding clients through through the sales process
- Sales / Business Development background with a successful track record
- Strong technical understanding with experience in the software/tech/digital space
- Account management / sales experience dealing with high value enterprise clients
- Excellent communication skills with a strong background in pitching / presenting
- Basic salary up to £40,000
