- In this crucial Client Success Executive role, you will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve great success with the platform by assisting with onboarding and training sessions
- Build positive relationships by understanding customer requirements of the platform and ensuring they receive a great return on investment
- Manage communications with customers by successfully offering help and proactive support to clients
- As Client Success Executive, you will be the first point of contact for queries and ensure any product issues are escalated quickly as well as being the voice of the customer internally.
- Minimum of a year of customer success or account management experience - keen to progress a career in Customer Success
- Brilliant communication skills to build long-lasting relationships
- An individual who is organised, ambitious and has excellent social skills
- Salary up to £30,000 plus bonus
