The role:
  • You will onboard new clients onto the platform, ensuring they have the knowledge to get the best out of the platform
  • Working alongside the technical and product teams to ensure customer enquiries are responded to 
  • Ensuring a extensive knowledge of the product at all times
  • You'll act as a customer advocate and deliver any insights and opportunities for development back to the wider product, sales and marketing teams
About you:
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a commercial role within the agricultural, agri-tech or fresh product sector
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present software demos to clients

This Client Success Manager within the agricultural sector is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 1 day per week in the offices near Bedford required. The successful candidate is likely to be based in Cambridge, Peterborough, Norwich, Oxford, Chelmsford, Hertford, Luton or surrounding areas, and willing to travel regularly across the East of England.
