The Role:
- Lead a client success team who will work with an existing client base to drive company growth and increase revenue.
- Use data to analyse individual performance & use the results to effectively coach and develop the team.
- Build strong & lasting relationships with partners to reach goals and enhance retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide frequent updates & ensure goals/plans are clearly communicated.

The Package:
- To £55,000 basic.
- To £75,000 including bonus
- London 3-4 days a week
