This Customer Success Associate will be responsible for…

  • Being the first point of contact for clients with regards to solving queries and customer questions
  • Providing support to clients from troubleshooting through to any data issues they may have
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service is executed, nurturing new and existing relationships
  • Offering support and best practice to the wider team extending areas of expertise

About you:

  • Strong academic background - degree level/equivalent
  • Administrative experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fast paced and attentive with good attention to detail
