This Customer Success Associate will be responsible for…
- Being the first point of contact for clients with regards to solving queries and customer questions
- Providing support to clients from troubleshooting through to any data issues they may have
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service is executed, nurturing new and existing relationships
- Offering support and best practice to the wider team extending areas of expertise
About you:
- Strong academic background - degree level/equivalent
- Administrative experience in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fast paced and attentive with good attention to detail
The package:
- Basic salary to £23,000
