Customer Success Associate

This is a really exciting time to join the Sales Team as they are building out a new function that will lead the way in creating a best-in-class service for customers.  

THE ROLE:

The new team will focus on optimising the customer journey for their strategic and key accounts whilst identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. The Customer Success Associate role will suit someone who has the desire to work in a target-driven sales environment and learn about innovative, technical engineering products and strategic account management, who also wants to progress quickly through the sales team to become a Trusted Advisor and expert on the products. The Customer Success Associate will focus on providing outstanding customer service whilst handling orders, solving complex problems and inputting important data and information in to the CRM to help later identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and problem management. 

THE PACKAGE:
