As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for..
- Maintaining an excellent level of customer service and building long lasting relationships with clients
- Ensuring that customers are involved accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner to avoid delays
- Acting as the main point of contact for all inbound questions, concerns or queries and responding efficiently
- Coordinating with all internal departments to ensure slick processes are followed and customers well informed
- Attending client meetings where necessary and ensuring key client requirements are met / exceeded
- Supporting customers through the lifecycle and identifying any areas for concern along the way
