The role:
As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for..
  • Maintaining an excellent level of customer service and building long lasting relationships with clients
  • Ensuring that customers are involved accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner to avoid delays
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all inbound questions, concerns or queries and responding efficiently
  • Coordinating with all internal departments to ensure slick processes are followed and customers well informed
  • Attending client meetings where necessary and ensuring key client requirements are met / exceeded 
  • Supporting customers through the lifecycle and identifying any areas for concern along the way

  • Client facing background in shipping / logistics / supply chain sectors
