The role:
  • Working closely with Customer Success Managers, you'll be involved in the initial onboarding of new clients, providing demonstrations and engaging in regular client meetings
  • Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring queries and issues are responded to quickly
  • Communicating with the internal technical/product team to ensure clients are provided with regular and punctual updates
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to establish and maintain great relationships
About you:
  • Minimum of one years client-facing experience, within IT or SaaS would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, translating them to simple and coherent solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present solutions and consult with clients
  • Interest in the software or IT space
  • Team-player attitude
