- Working closely with Customer Success Managers, you'll be involved in the initial onboarding of new clients, providing demonstrations and engaging in regular client meetings
- Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring queries and issues are responded to quickly
- Communicating with the internal technical/product team to ensure clients are provided with regular and punctual updates
- Proactively reaching out to customers to establish and maintain great relationships
- Minimum of one years client-facing experience, within IT or SaaS would be highly advantageous
- Ability to grasp technical concepts, translating them to simple and coherent solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present solutions and consult with clients
- Interest in the software or IT space
