The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for…

  • Taking ownership of the full lifecycle of clients in relation to onboarding, training, maintaining retention and ensuring the upmost customer service is provided to nurture the overall relationship.
  • Supporting internal teams with multiple touchpoints such as renewals and prioritising resources to build on strategic growth and value.
  • Working in collaboration with the marketing team, to develop and improve customer testimonials.
  • Foresee customer requirements to ensure any possible challenge is faced and dealt with whilst promoting the company’s services.
  • Accompanying the post-sales process in relation to customer adoption, on-going support, and articulating programme optimisation.

About you:

  • Track record of working with customers across different environments and levels.
  • The compassion to understand customer requirements with the ability to guide them to increase their value and development.
  • Experience with subscription-based sales model (SaaS).
  • The capability to grasp complex technical concepts while upholding excellent interpersonal skills.
