As Customer Success Executive you will be responsible for...
- Lead and control the post-sales process to improve customer retention
- Managing your own portfolio of clients to ensure theya re onboarded efficiently while identifying sales opportunities
- Proactively build long-lasting relationships by understanding customer requirements of the platform and ensuring they receive a great return on investment
- Delivering the best customer expeience by providing ongoing support and assessing customer requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, customer success or account managment
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ambitious, driven, confident individual with brilliant social skills
The package:
- Salary up to £35,000 plus £15,000 commission (uncapped)
