A fast-growing and exciting deep-tech scale-up who have developed leading software solutions which help enterprise businesses move towards true DevOps within their application development pipelines. This start-up is growing rapidly and are looking to build out their Customer Success function to assist their key accounts with on-boarding, adoption, and overall success with the solutions.
The role:
As Customer Success Manager, you will report directly into the Head of Customer Success and be responsible for working with a number of key enterprise accounts to help software development teams and senior IT stakeholders with change management, on-boarding, adoption and general technical support. The wider aim will be to wow customers, up-sell and cross-sell within the accounts and build successful relationships and use-cases with the highest-grossing accounts to help continue the rapid growth the business has seen.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Computer Science or other related degree (or equivalent) and demonstrable knowledge/experience of software development practices.
- Recent experience in Change Management and Customer Success/Pre-Sales/Implementation, from a software development Software/SaaS Vendor.
- Recent relationship management experience with software development teams and senior IT stakeholders within enterprise businesses.
