The role:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for..
  • Developing and maintaining profitable relationships.
  • To consistently grow the portfolio by providing industry leading customer service, focusing on customer retention.
  • Articulate customer feedback to present improvements and ideas back to the business.
  • Become an expert of the technical product ranges, translating information and guidance to the client base.
  • Take leadership in all forms of customer preservation, providing updates on delivery performance, identifying opportunities, and resolving customer issues.
About you:
  • Desirable 2nd language in German
  • Previous experience in an engineering environment, working within sales or services
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • The ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels
  • A knowledge and understanding of technical product information
