The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for..
- Developing and maintaining profitable relationships.
- To consistently grow the portfolio by providing industry leading customer service, focusing on customer retention.
- Articulate customer feedback to present improvements and ideas back to the business.
- Become an expert of the technical product ranges, translating information and guidance to the client base.
- Take leadership in all forms of customer preservation, providing updates on delivery performance, identifying opportunities, and resolving customer issues.
- Desirable 2nd language in German
- Previous experience in an engineering environment, working within sales or services
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- The ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels
- A knowledge and understanding of technical product information
- Basic salary £29,000 + bonuses and benefits
