- You'll become a product expert and the first point of contact for customers, assisting with support enquiries
- Onboarding new users onto the platform, ensuring they gain access to all features quickly
- Monitoring customers usage of the platform to drive engagement ensuring all features are used to maximum potential
- Articulate customer feedback to present improvements and ideas back to the business
- Locate further opportunities for development of the platform, product offering and revenue expansion
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer success, customer support or similar role, preferably within SaaS
- Experience within a recruitment role would be highly desirable
- Great team-player and able to collaborate across different functions including sales, technical, product and marketing
- Up to £45,000 depending on experience + bonus
