The role:
  • You'll become a product expert and the first point of contact for customers, assisting with support enquiries
  • Onboarding new users onto the platform, ensuring they gain access to all features quickly
  • Monitoring customers usage of the platform to drive engagement ensuring all features are used to maximum potential
  • Articulate customer feedback to present improvements and ideas back to the business
  • Locate further opportunities for development of the platform, product offering and revenue expansion
About you:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer success, customer support or similar role, preferably within SaaS
  • Experience within a recruitment role would be highly desirable 
  • Great team-player and able to collaborate across different functions including sales, technical, product and marketing

  • Up to £45,000 depending on experience + bonus

This Customer Success manager role is based in London (hybrid- 2 days per week). The successful candidate is likely to have at least 6 months experience in an Onboarding Executive, Customer Support Executive or Customer Service role within SaaS.
