The role:

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for…

  • Developing long lasting client relationships from onboarding, implementation and adoption stage ensuring return on investment
  • Becoming an expert on the software, demonstrating knowledge to stakeholders through to C-Level clients
  • Working closely with internal teams, collaborating to resolve technical issues through to delivering best practice
  • Becoming the voice of the customer, monitoring feedback, risks and opportunities
  • Consistently hitting KPIs while always acting in the best interest

About you:

  • 2+ years as a Customer Success Manager or related role within the software space
  • A creative and commercial individual who has the ability to build long lasting relationships
  • Career focused and able to understand and apply customer metric data/analytics

This Customer Success Manager role will be mainly remote based with occasional visits to the Cambridge office so will suit candidates in Stevenage, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Ely, Newmarket, London, Bury St Edmunds, Bishop's Stortford, Stowmarket, Bedford, Downham Market or surrounding areas.
