The role:
Oversee the initial customer engagement post-sale, collaborating with teams across services, product, and sales to ensure a seamless and timely program implementation.
Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, enhancing the customer journey from onboarding through renewal, and developing strategies to maximise platform usage and program growth.
Achieve performance objectives by supporting contract renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving overall adoption of the platform.
Lead training sessions, workshops, and presentations to introduce new stakeholders to the advantages of employee advocacy, both for the company and individuals.
About you:
Experience in Customer Success in SaaS startup/scaleup environments. Ideally MarTech
Commercial background with a track record for increasing ARR/MRR amongst an existing portfolio.
Consultative, ambitious, resilient thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The package:
£40,000 - £45,000
OTE £60,000 - £65,000+

This Customer Success Manager role will be hybrid in London so ideal candidates will be based in Greater London or commutable areas.
