The role:
  • Building and developing strong relationships with customers to ensure maximum retention
  • Representing clients and collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external to provide effective insights
  • Successfully onboarding new customers to make sure they get full value of the platform and services offered
  • Delivering the best customer experience by providing ongoing support and assessing customer requirements
About you:
  • Ideally 2 years Customer Success Manager experience
  • Have previous employment with the Life Sciences software space
  • Excellent communication skills to build successfull client relationships
