As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for..
- On boarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible
- Managing numerous customer accounts throughout their whole life cycle and proactively renewing contracts
- Representing the "voice of the customer" and collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external
- Partnering with the wider Account/Sales Representatives to identity opportunities for expansion across accounts
- Analysing customer software usage and creating effective campaigns to increase customer engagement
- Promoting customer awareness of all new features and releases and offering insight to ensure maximum adoption
- Ideally a 2.1 / 1st degree from a top University
- Proven Customer Success / Account Management experience or a real desire to work in a Customer Success role
- Experience in the SaaS / software / tech space
- Technically minded and able to excel in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic salary to £40,000
