The Role:
  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with clients
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Complete regular performance reviews
  • Actively seek process improvements and implementation
  • Proactive account management by identifying potential issues
  • Reduce ticket volume by fixing recurring issues
  • Work with the sales team to bring new clients into the business
  • Complete contract negotiations and price reviews

About you: 
  • 3 Years experience in Customer Success and/or account management
  • Bags of positive energy and a tireless drive for results every day
  • Self motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Be highly professional, a self-starter who is able to work to and achieve targets in fast paced and ever changing setting.
  • Have knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in the eCommerce or fulfilment industry

The package:
  • Salary to £45,000 depending on experience
