The role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Engaging with and managing relationships with accounts across a portfolio
- Providing recommendations and advise to customers to help optimize the platform
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to maximise footprint across a customer's wider organisation
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible
- Managing numerous customer accounts throughout their whole lifecycle and proactively renewing contracts
- Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries promptly and effectively
About you:
- 2+ years account management experience
- Experience in industries related to Software / SaaS / Technology / IT
- Quick learner with a desire to develop a successful career
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate to blue-chip clients
The package:
- Salary to £35,000 plus bonus
