The role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for..

  • Engaging with and managing relationships with accounts across a portfolio
  • Providing recommendations and advise to customers to help optimize the platform
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to maximise footprint across a customer's wider organisation
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible
  • Managing numerous customer accounts throughout their whole lifecycle and proactively renewing contracts
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries promptly and effectively

About you:

  • 2+ years account management experience
  • Experience in industries related to Software / SaaS / Technology / IT
  • Quick learner with a desire to develop a successful career
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate to blue-chip clients

The package:

  • Salary to £35,000 plus bonus
