The Role:
  • Representing the voice of customers and ensuring they are supported throughout their journey
  • Offering bespoke software solutions based on client needs and objectives
  • Shaping the entire CS function and recruiting further members into the team
  • Managing projects simultaneously and keeping up to date with current and upcoming requirements
  • Following customers through the lifecycle and ensuring they are satisfied with the implementation
  • Overseeing execution of plans, requests and requirements and acting as the trusted advisor
About You:
  • Strong customer success/account management background
  • Industry knowledge in SaaS/IT/software implementation
  • Experienced with developing and operating a CS function
  • Commercially aware and confident to make your own decisions
