Customer Success Manager | Digital solutions to pharma/life sciences industry

The role:

 

  • Working with key customers in the pharma industry, you will consistently review and evaluate how customers are interacting with the business key products
  • Identifying opportunities for development and assisting in efficiency and effectiveness for the business
  • Increase awareness of new products or updates
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries promptly and effectively

About you:

  • At least 5 years experience within the life sciences, pharmaceutical biotech or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills

The package:

  • Basic salary to £75,000

This Customer Success Manager requires occasional travel to the head office in Cambridge. It will suit candidates based in London, Cambridge, Northampton, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Reading, Oxford, with experience already in Client engagement you will be looking for your next opportunity within in an exciting pharma business.
