Customer Success Manager - Strategic Accounts

This is a really exciting time to join the Sales Team as they are building out a new function that will lead the way in creating a best-in-class service for customers.
THE ROLE:
The new team will focus on optimising the customer journey for their strategic and key accounts whilst identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. The Customer Success Manager role will suit someone with some recent sales experience within service management/engineering/solution sales who has the desire to learn about innovative, technical engineering products and strategic account management, who wants to progress quickly through the sales team to become a Trusted Advisor within Sales. The Customer Success Manager, will focus on managing their Strategic Accounts by assisting with order management, complex problem-solving, collaboration with wider-sales, and relationship management with key stakeholders to assist them through the buying-cycle.
THE PACKAGE:
- Basic salary up to £29,000 | Plus £5500 bonus, extensive product and sales training, and generous benefits package.
