The role:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for..

  • Be the first point of contact with customers ensuring the highest level of customer service is executed, managing the flow at a fast and effective rate
  • Exceeding KPIs and reporting on performance through utilising the CRM system
  • Mapping out customer journeys and commercial opportunities to ensure they are being exploited for maximum revenue
  • Keeping on top of all renewals and leveraging conversations to explore other product lines and drive customer retention
  • Promoting customer awareness of all new features and releases and offering insight to ensure maximum adoption

About you:

  • Technical background within SaaS/software
  • Previous customer success / account management experience with a proven track record of high achievement
  • Experience managing multiple projects and dealing with technical enquiries
