- Working across a variety of communicate modes you will liaise with a large amount of customers across email, phone and remote online sessions.
- Building strong relationships and delighting customers are a key part of this position as well as resolving quickly any queries that come through.
- You'll become a product expert and represent the voice of the customer internally - providing vital product feedback to the product team.
About you:
- At least one year's experience in a B2B customer experience, customer support or customer service role working for a software or tech focused business
- Brilliant communication skills to build long-lasting relationships
- An individual who is organised, ambitious and loves delighting customers
- Keen to progress with a dynamic, demanding and exciting company
The package:
- Basic salary circa £35,000
- Lively office culture - regular social and work events,
- Split London/home role - 3 days a week in central London Head Office
