As Head of Renewals, you will be responsible for..

  • Operating all major global contract renewals, while retaining and developing on key accounts
  • Influence and assist with the improvement of internal strategies to support customers throughout their lifecycle
  • The development and progression of your team, providing first class leadership to build the revenue of existing business
  • Managing the overall subscriptions renewal cycle, whilst building reports based on the established metrics
  • Working collaboratively with senior successes to provide adequate coverage of the existing business
  • Proactively promote the values and principles of the current company and have the best interest in the way you lead

About you:

  • Experience as a renewals manager and/or managing teams of 10+
  • An understanding of DevOps and software delivery methodologies
  • Previous experience of people and performance management, on a larger scaled team
  • The ability to work confidently across wider sales management teams

The package:

  • Basic salary to £75,000
  • £20,000 annual bonus
