These are some of the most exciting companies to work for in the UK. We have a base in Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds (where most of the team work on a hybrid model). As experienced sales hires are some of the most crucial and difficult roles to fill, fees are high and we have recruiters earning over £100,000.
We’re looking for a couple of recent graduates to join out highly successful team. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, ambitious individual who will help connect the most sought-after sales and account management roles with the most standout candidates. Using a variety of methods you will engage with some of the most ambitious candidates open to a new sales or account management position.

We believe in flexibility, so once you’re up and running, you’ll be able to enjoy a mix of remote and office-based working. Our offices are open plan with lots of natural daylight, a fully stocked coffee station and we’ve even got free town centre parking spaces too. We use the latest recruitment, lead generation and candidate matching software available.
