The role:
As the Head of Account Retention, you will be responsible for..
Leading and developing a team of 3 Senior Account Managers (and a team of AM's indirectly) across the UK
Driving success and engagement across accounts to reduce churn risk
Implement strategies to retain business, in collaboration with the wider team manage the retention of our existing base.
Actively build relationships with senior stakeholders, executing active listening and objection handling skills
About you:
Previous retention experience within the Education Sector, with a strong understanding of building relationships with key stakeholders within schools
Experience leading a team of Account Managers/Customer Success
Proven success in engaging senior stakeholders, overcoming objections
Passionate about technology for good
First class communication skills (phone, email and face to face)
The package:
to £50,000 basic
