The role:
- As Head of Global Sales you will be responsible for managing a new sales division within this global business as well as managing the existing sales team
- With experience of building new stakeholder relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Strategise and deliver on closing new sales deals for the business
- Working as the first head of Global Sales and reporting to the COO on updates within the new division and ambitions for growth
About you:
- Working currently as Head of Sales, you will need to have worked on multi million pound accounts, dealing with global, high level executives.
- Ideally you will come from a complex contract centre/ BPO background.
- Proven hands on experience of creating and closing complex deals.
The package:
- Basic salary of £80,000 | £160,000 OTE

This exciting Head of Sales role based just outside of Aylesbury is suitable to those with experience of working in contact centre environments previously. Whilst you will be expected to do some travel, this role is suitable to those living in or around, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Watford and High Wycombe to name a few.
