The role:

  • Working with the new Commercial Director you will be responsibile for creating and leading a high performing sales team through the development and execution of an effective sales strategy

  • Working through the wider sales team, you will inspire, coach and motivate the team to significantly increase new business as well as grow within existing clients across all products and services 

  • Working closely with other departments you will ensure the sales team have a meaningful knowledge of the products and services offered and support the culture change of how sales is internally perceived

  • This role will also have a big focus on sales operations such as ensuring lead generation, CRM managment, rewards and training frameworks are all effective  

About you:

  • Ideally you will have experience selling to private and public audiences and some understanding of sectors such as housing, construction or energy 

  • However, key to this role is a proven track record of achieving exceptional sales growth through a team and leading transformational change within a sales team

  • Exceptional leadership, management and influencing skills. 

  • Experience operating or working in international markets 

The package: 

  • Basic salary of circa £90,000

  • Plus car allowance

  • Generous bonus taking the full package well in excess of six figures
