As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for..
- Delivering and re-defining sales strategies in line with changing market trends, conditions and business needs
- Setting and monitoring targets, KPIs, objectives, performance metrics of the wider sales team
- Monitoring conversion rates, identifying targets and optimising commercial strategies and processes
- Acting as a key member of the senior leadership team and taking overall commercial responsibility
- Maintaining accurate reports and growing partner channels by demonstrating a value-added offering
- Supporting the wider sales and marketing teams and contributing to business planning and reviews
- Proven experience at senior management level working within SaaS / software / media / agency environments
- Strong leader with a track record for building, developing and scaling successful sales departments
- Basic salary circa £80,000
- £six figure OTE - £100k+
