The role:
Head of Sales Development - SaaS
- Building and scaling the Sales Development Teams
- Hiring, coaching, and developing the future Salespeople of the business
- Designing and rolling-out successful and effective playbooks for the Sales Development Team to use
- Building professional development plans for the SDRs to help them improve and progress
- You will have successfully built and scaled sales development teams within SaaS scale-up / start-up organisations
- You will have successfully designed and rolled-out playbooks, sales coaching plans, and new processes for SDRs
- You will have a demonstrable track-record of hitting team targets and growing Sales Development Teams in terms of revenue and headcount
- Up to £60,000 | £100,000+ OTE | with great benefits and a flexible working environment
- Be able to play a crucial role in a recently funded and rapidly-growing SaaS business
