A rapidly growing SaaS scale-up, who have just received funding and are now looking to grow the sale organisation with a wider view to scale the entire business.

The role:
Head of Sales Development - SaaS
  • Building and scaling the Sales Development Teams
  • Hiring, coaching, and developing the future Salespeople of the business
  • Designing and rolling-out successful and effective playbooks for the Sales Development Team to use
  •  Building professional development plans for the SDRs to help them improve and progress
About you:
  • You will have successfully built and scaled sales development teams within SaaS scale-up / start-up organisations
  • You will have successfully designed and rolled-out playbooks, sales coaching plans, and new processes for SDRs
  • You will have a demonstrable track-record of hitting team targets and growing Sales Development Teams in terms of revenue and headcount
