As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for...
- Acting as part of the senior leadership team and driving revenue through strategy, forecasting, mentoring and effective resource allocation
- Allocating revenue targets across the sales management team and taking responsibility for the commercial direction and performance of the UK team/s
- Contribute directly to business growth through identifying, qualifying and closing significant deals
- Mentoring, and leading a sales team of 2 x Sales Managers and indirect reports
- Implementing new sales strategies, processes and best practice. Analysing the success of these using key performance metrics to encourage new logo acquisition
- Proven success of scaling revenue to past £20m within SaaS/Tech
- Successful track record of implementing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Experience leading management teams within fast paced environments
- Tech savvy with a background in SaaS/Tech
- Intelligent, strategic and an agent of change
