The role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for...
  • Maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships with major enterprise accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross sell to expand existing accounts and increase account value
  • Driving a high level of customer satisfaction and increasing customer retention and successful product use
  • Supporting clients through the onboarding phase all the way to quarterly reviews and annual renewals
  • Demonstrating ROI to customers and analysing metrics to advise them on best practice and optimisation
  • Training customers on the platform and relaying any feedback to the product team

About you:

  • 2+ years account management experience
  • Experience in industries related to Software / SaaS / Technology / IT
  • Quick learner with a desire to develop a successful career
  • Experience managing and expanding blue-chip/enterprise accounts

The package:

  • Salary to £50,000 | OTE £80,000+ (uncapped)
  • 35 days holiday and attractive pension scheme
