As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Proactively managing a portfolio of key accounts and developing client relationships
- Retaining accounts while also identifying cross/upsell opportunities for account growth / expansion
- Working towards and exceeding financial targets based on growth, retention and renewals
- Building strong relationships with key decision makers to expand the product offering
- Demonstrating software solutions and ensuring clients are getting the most out of the platform
- Working collaboratively with internal marketing, procurement and client success teams
- Account management background in data driven SaaS
- Experience selling into FMCG/retail/food manufacturing sectors
- Background in data/analytics/insight software solutions
- Basic salary circa £75,000 (flex for the right person)
- OTE £150,000 (realistic based on last 6 months payroll)
