The role:
- Grow and expand the existing portfolio of major real estate clients through successful relationship building and detailed management.
- Create new business opportunities and use complex sales expertise/strategy to close on valuable deals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Work in conjunction with marketing, service, and sales departments to exceed growth and sales targets.
- Report all business plans/strategies, feedback, and target achievement directly to the Head of Sales.
About you:
- Demonstrate a proven track record selling to and working with major real estate organisations (5 years+).
- Show a desire to exceed goals and display successful major account growth.
- Use an innovative method to generate leads, build relationships, grow existing major real estate clients.
- Work with organisation departments and use CRM systems to perform.
- A keen interest in sustainability and environmental improvements.
The package:
- Circa £60,000 basic
- To £25,000 bonus
- £5000 car allowance
- Fully remote
