The role:
  • You'll represent the company for new clients coming onboard, providing demos to show the value of the platform
  • Identifying opportunities for account development, efficiency improvements and revenue growth
  • Keeping customers up to date with the latest updates to the platform, and ensuring they're getting the most from it
  • Generate and present client proposals that address their pain-points
About you:
  • At least 1 years experience in an onboarding, customer success or customer support role
  • Strong track record of building client relationships
  • Experience working cross-functionally across departments including Technical, Marketing and Sales

This Onboarding Executive role is based remotely, however you may need to go to the offices near Hertfordshire occasionally for training purposes. The ideal candidate will have client or customer success experience from a SaaS company and be based in Cambridge, Oxford, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Hertford, Bedford or surrounding areas.
