- In this crucial Partner Success Executive role, you will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve great success with the platform by assisting with onboarding and training sessions
- Build positive relationships by understanding customer requirements of the platform and ensuring they receive a great return on investment
- Manage communications with customers by successfully offering help and proactive support to clients
About you:
- Experience in a customer-facing role or graduate-level - keen to progress a career in sales or customer success
- Brilliant communication skills to build long-lasting relationships
- An individual who is organised, ambitious and has excellent social skills
The package:
- Basic salary circa £35,000
