The role:

  • Working closely with the Sales Leadership team and broader management, you will monitor the company financial performance and, using scorecards, make suggestions for the improvement of processes and opportunities
  • You will develop metrics and strategies to help shape the future sales strategy, producing sales forecasts and communicating targets within the sales team internally
  • Observing the financial performance and commercial activities of competitors and analysing what potential future impacts this may have to mitigate risks and increase potential
  • Working alongside the broader sales, marketing and analyst teams to ensure forecasts and budgets are accurate and reported on effectively

About you:

  • Successful track record in a role focused on sales forecasting and budgeting, with a natural curiosity for metrics and a love of data!
  • Prior experience in both a sales and marketing role where data analysis was a key focus
  • Keen to work in a position where you are influencing board-level decisions on the future sales strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams within a company
  • Bachelors degree in an academic field

The package:

  • Up to £55,000 plus bonus
